Regardless of your pet’s breed, age or behavior, each of my services can be curated to fit their specific needs — no matter how unique. My Haircut service is one of my specialties and is often booked well in advance.
Puppy Package
Putting Your Pet First
It is important to get your puppy’s used to the grooming process, you can book your dogs in at 12 weeks old after they have had their second vaccination, this is to ensure your puppy gets used to having their face paws touched, get used to the sounds&smells 🐾
Deshedding
Responsible & Reliable
DeShedding is the process of removing hair from your pet's undercoat which may not be effectively removed with you're the of brushing or combing, as these focus primarily on removing hair and debris from the top layer of fur.
Hand Stripping
Responsible & Reliable
Hand stripping is the process of excess dead topcoat, without clipping, leaving room for the new coat to grow and giving a more natural look. It keeps the dog's coat tidy and healthy, leaving it strong and shiny. It is done by plucking/pulling the hairs out in the direction of growth.

Heidi did a fantastic job giving Bruce his first proper groom. He was very excitable at first but Heidi was so professional and calm that Bruce even fell asleep on the grooming table! Now Bruce has got a very smart new haircut for the summer, which he is looking forward to showing off this evening. We will 100% be using Heidi again.

Would highly recommend Heidi! My dog Biscuit is VERY nervous of other people/dogs, but once she gets used to the person she is really such an Angel. Heidi was so patient with her, before she even started grooming Biscuit she went for walks with me and my pooch to allow her to get to know her. My dog went from not going anywhere near Heidi to me practically thinking Biscuit had found herself a new owner!! Heidi doesn’t use crates which was a big Yes for me. I now leave Biscuit alone with Heidi for a groom and it’s clear how much she cares for dogs.
